Well, I am sad to report that Isaac has another ear infection; his thrid this month!! We just finished the antibiotics last Thursday and Saturday night he had a new one. This time the right ear. So we went back to the doctor and got another dose of antibiotics. It should be cleared up by the time we fly on Saturday but we still have to do 10 days of medicine. So... the battles continue. At least we know how to win each time, with our trusty hold' im down method.
The other unfortunate part of this is it really affects his sleep. I guess when he lays down, that is when it is most painful. So he wakes up often at night, in pain. Isaac just slept all the way through the night Friday night for the very first time!!!! And then the next night his ear infection was back!! Makes us wonder how many other undiagnosed ear infections he has had in the last 6 months!! Please pray for Isaac's ears! We all would love a few nights in a row of good sleep!!! It's been a LOOONNNNGGGG time!
